This painting is a reflection of today's times, economic pressures, foreclosures, gas prices, insurances, credit card debt ,high interest rates, child care, etc .While painting this piece ,I listened to Marvin Gaye, "Whats Goin On'.. and Sam Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come" but the answer now, is the same as it was then.
